The path to better health
If your BMI indicates that you're overweight or obese you can reduce the BMI through losing weight. This can be achieved by following the standard weight loss tips, such as:
- Eating healthy. Choose lean meats, fruits, vegetables, along with whole-grain grains. Cut down on alcohol, sugar food items that are processed, sodas and juices. Consume fewer calories.
